5,000 m² of Built-Up Area Completed
In 2025, the project reached an important construction milestone with 5,000 square meters of total built-up area completed. Each square meter reflects our commitment to modern design, durability, and high construction standards.
10 Months of Intensive Work
Over the past 10 months, our team has worked tirelessly to bring the vision of Onia Hills Resort & Residences to life. From structural work to coordination across multiple phases, this period has been marked by focus, efficiency, and momentum.
32 Residential Units Constructed
A total of 32 residential units have been constructed, with homes now taking clear shape. Designed for comfort, style, and functionality, these residences are built to meet the expectations of modern living while blending seamlessly into the surrounding environment.
Structural Progress: Buildings Taking Shape
- 2 Buildings Completed (Rough Construction):
The main structures of Buildings B and C have been completed. Finishing works and interior developments are now underway, moving these buildings closer to readiness. - 2 New Buildings Under Construction:
Buildings A and E are currently under construction and progressing steadily. Both are on tr ack to be completed in time for the upcoming season.
Infrastructure & Convenience
To support residents’ daily needs, 60 parking spaces have been completed, ensuring accessibility and convenience for homeowners and guests alike.
55,000 m³ of Earth Excavated
A major milestone in the groundwork phase, 55,000 cubic meters of earth were excavated to prepare the site. This extensive effort laid the foundation for stable structures, proper infrastructure, and long-term durability of the Onia Hills development.
Environmental Responsibility & Recognition
54 Olive Trees Preserved
Respect for the natural landscape is a core value at Onia Hills. Throughout construction, 54 existing olive trees have been carefully preserved, ensuring that the site retains its authentic Mediterranean character and natural beauty.
1,200 m³ of Stone Preserved
In addition, 1,200 cubic meters of natural stone have been preserved and prepared for reuse within the project. This approach supports sustainability while maintaining architectural harmony with the surrounding environment.

Construction Milestones for 2026
During 2026, the completion of rough construction works is planned for all buildings within the project:
- Residential Buildings A, B, C, D, and E
- The Hotel
On Buildings B and C, interior works and façade finishing will be brought to completion. At the same time, finishing works will begin on the remaining buildings, ensuring parallel progress across the entire development.
